This work is an exploration of the relationship between consciousness and physicality. It is based on a philosophy of consciously creating one's physical experience from within, by choosing more positive, authentic, and inspired states of being than what generally occur by default. I create to remind myself of these heightened states, and I offer my art to others as a similar inspiration, a refuge, and a balm, and as a way to propagate and normalize peace, compassion, joy, and feminine power.

Each painting is meant to be used as a tool for meditation and the awakening of a particular state of being; Sit with it, quiet your mind, and observe how it makes you feel.
